Welcome
We are a specialist consultancy – not in the choice of areas of difficulty that we deal with, but – in that we develop creative and innovative approaches for handling circumstances (interpersonal or business) and negotiations that have not responded to more established interventions.
This site was constructed because referred clients requested details about how we worked before coming in to meet up with us. Former clients had told them that we tackled situations inventively; and, understandably, the new clients wanted to make sense of this description.
We are very aware that strategic pattern intervention – upon which our own work is based - seems confusing and disquieting at first glance because it is so very different and innovative an approach for sorting out problems and impasses (see Our Approach).
Therefore, we willingly prepared this information via a site to provide this background structure to clients. However it was also useful an exercise for us – doing so forced us to go back and re-examine the principles that had become, over time, taken for granted.
